Pannu Laser & Vision Institute accepts most forms of payments including Cash, Checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Our fee is usually comprehensive and covers all aspects of your surgery, including follow-up visits and touch-ups for the first year (unless discussed otherwise during your appointments). Compared to the accumulated expense of glasses, prescription sunglasses, contact lenses and lens solutions, LASIK could save you money in the long run!

With our Payment Plans, LASIK is more accessible than you think! As a service to our patients, Pannu Laser offers both Alphaeon and CareCredit, North America’s leading patient payment plan. Once approved, both programs allow you to have LASIK immediately and pay for it with convenient monthly payments.
If you have been waiting to have LASIK due to financial limitations, consider applying for Alphaeon or CareCredit online or with one of our knowledgeable staff members.
Both Alphaeon and CareCredit offer no up-front costs and no pre-payment penalty. Alphaeon and CareCredit both offer a variety of No Interest and Extended Payment Plans for procedure fees from $1 to over $25,000. Once approved, both of these programs act as a revolving credit line for any additional treatments of add-on charges.
We also offer Wells Fargo Health Advantage as another Interest Fee Payment Plan option.
