No. Laser Vision Correction and Botox are not covered by most insurance plans, but some offer discounts. You may also use your Flex Spending Account (FSA) for LASIK surgery or Botox. Some companies offer partial payment plans for LASIK or you may use your Flex Spending Account (FSA) for LASIK or Botox as well.
